    This is great. All good advice for the changing business. I know that in our part of the industry, we hear some guys saying they just sell the cheap stuff. This makes me nervous as to what the quality of the other products they provide their customers with. They seem to take an easy way out instead of viewing sales as a profession, like noted above. Point 7 is also crucial… It is 2013… everybody goes online to find what they are looking for. If you don’t have a website, and a pretty good one, then good luck. Having a good website shows potential customers that you are legit and here to stay. Another thing I must add is, GET SOCIAL! Share your projects on social media and interact with customers online.
