Based in Washington D.C., Caron will be responsible for member engagement and analytics programs, customer support and training initiatives.

Prior to joining Metrostudy, Justin Caron’s career spanned ten years implementing service programs, most recently at MAPI and prior to that, at the Corporate Executive Board Company, the world’s leading member-based advisory company.  Caron has authored numerous white papers on best practices and management challenges, including “Driving Down Costs and Improving Quality with Shared Services,” The Measurement of Sales Force Effectiveness,” and “Value Selling,” to name a few.  He has also conducted highly-rated custom benchmarking projects on topics such as customer solutions, sales force effectiveness and member engagement.
